We found our premiere project at an estate sale right outside our town. Evidently, it had been sitting on the previous owner's property, unmoved and badly neglected, for many years.
Cosmetically, it was very rough, but the integrity of the shell, frame and floor were sound. Here are some of the upgrades and mods that went into renovating this now beautiful, one-of-a-kind trailer.

Professional autobody exterior paint

New Dexter Tor-Flex axle, electric brakes, 15" aluminum 5-spoke wheels, and tires

Custom-built rear bumper and spare tire carrier

LED brake and tail lights

2" receiver hitch, HD tongue jack and 7-pin harness

New RV electric/water hookups

New 12V/120V wiring, American 20amp converter, inside/outside power ports, LED interior lighting

New PEX hot/cold plumbing, Atwood 6-gallon water heater, Shur-Flo pump and outdoor shower

New propane gas lines, valves and fittings

Custom-built wood cabinetry throughout

New appliances and fixtures include:
Olympic "Wave-3" radiant space heater
Dometic 1.9cu.in. 3-way refrigerator
SMEV stainless-steel cooktop and sink combo
Multi-swivel. stainless-steel faucet
Custom stainless-steel backsplash

Hardwood floor

And more...
